IT Parks Features and Rates

Department of Information Technology and Electronics, Govt. of West Bengal, through its nodal agency West Bengal Electronics Development Corporation Limited (Webel), has been building IT Parks across West Bengal to create opportunities for employment and wealth generation in IT and ITeS sector.
Presently 17 IT Parks are now operational across the state.
The IT Parks are having state-of-the-art infrastructure with AC plug and play modules, AC without plug and play modules and Non-AC modules.

Four more, IT Parks with state-of-the-art infrastructure are coming up in Salt Lake Sector-V, Rajarhat, Newtown and Kalyani. The names of the IT Parks are BN-4, Sec V, BN-9, Sec V , Rajarhat PH-II and Kalyani PH-II.

NOTES:
Bare Retai( Commercial)l: This facility refers to the commercial module without any modular furniture, false ceiling, AC, flooring, wiring, light fitting, wall putty, painting.
AC without Plug and Play: This facility includes office modules without module painting, false ceiling, modular furniture but with AC, flooring, putty & wiring
AC with Plug and Play: This facility includes office modules with AC, modular furniture, module painting, false ceiling, flooring, wiring, light fitting, wall putty.
The power connection is provided in all the facilities. Reimbursement of electricity bills to be paid by the investors additionally with monthly rental charges. The rental rates on different facilities are to be charged on carpet area.
Co working space: The co-working module is a dedicated sharing space with seats along with modular facilities. In simple word, an AC plug and play module is considered as co working office module. There are some cubicles inside which few seats are arranged. Non-cubicle seats are also there in co working space.
The following table shows the no. of seats (cubicle and non-cubicle) in the 4 new IT Parks dedicated for co-working space. The monthly / daily rates of Co working space is based on per seat basis. This rate is inclusive of rent of space, Electricity, Bandwidth and printing (stationery to be provided by the tenant)
